By completing the form below, you are registering your interest as a dance teacher or leader in a dance school. If you are interested in participating in the event as an individual, please use the expression of interest form for dancers here >>

e.g. school director, ballet teacher
This may be what you personally teach or what your dance school offers.
e.g. how many years of experience, the performances you have been part of as a teacher or dancer, types of dance, etc.
e.g. The age range across classes is 12 - 85, but most students are aged 12 - 18.
