The Pioneer Women's Memorial Garden is the location of the NORTH Stage (formerly the plane tree stage), East Stage, West Stage and Torrens Tent. There will be signage at the venue during Writers' Week and volunteers can assist with directions if required.
The main entrance of the Garden is located on King William Road between the Torrens Parade Ground and the rear of Government House in Adelaide's CBD. There are also entrances at the corner of Victoria Drive and King William Road and at the Kintore Avenue side of the Gardens between the Drill Hall and the rear of Government House.
By Bus
Bus stop A2-A3 travelling from North into Adelaide CBD or stop Z1-Z2 travelling into the Adelaide CBD from the South.
The Gardens are a short walk from the Adelaide Railway Station.
Tram from Glenelg or Adelaide Entertainment Centre, stop at Festival Plaza, Adelaide Railway Station, North Terrace.
